Plush Sparkle Elastic

Add a little sparkle to your life!  This 70% polyester 30% spandex woven elastic has a lovely soft feel on the wrong side with sparkle threads on the right side.  The sparkle isn't glitter, so no need to worry about glitter ending up everywhere!  The official width is 30 mm, which is approximately 1 1/4" wide.  It's perfect for visible waistbands on costumes or when you just want a little glam on your garment!
